Ephesus was designed as a fine dining Turkish restaurant. It was a dilapidated local pub converted into a trendy restaurant & bar in Crawley. This was a total refurbishment project, which required major structural alteration. Some of the highlights of the project are polished concrete floors, perforated steel panels, bespoke lighting and personalised wallpaper.
